Tested this network controller on a Toshiba Tecra M10 using today's
development daily (Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat Beta 20100928 using
linux 2.6.35-22 both x86_64 and i686) and this issue seems to have been
corrected. Should this not be the case for the original reporter, please
re-open this bug report.
