The monkeys audio plugins are not ported yet to 0.10. The only thing that
could've been in the changelog is about support for APE tags, i.e. the tag type
used by monkeys audio and a few other codecs.
I'll reject this bug for now as this is something that has to be done upstream
(i.e. the porting to 0.10).
