Today, after system was updated with the latest Ubuntu updates I got it too. (see Humberto Hassey wrote on 2010-09-16: post)
I'm running: $ uname --all Linux xxx 2.6.32-25-generic #44-Ubuntu SMP Fri Sep 17 20:05:27 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux But I'm getting this only if I'm running XP Professional in VMware® Workstation 7.1.1 build-282343.
