Public bug reported: The rt3090 module included with the kernel has issues. In order to get wireless to work you must add the following to /etc/modprobe.d/blaclist.conf:
blacklist rt2800pci blacklist rt2800lib blacklist rt2x00usb blacklist rt2x00pci blacklist rt2x00lib At this point the wireless will work, however it continuously drops out. This has been around for a while, there is a ppa solving it for previous versions https://launchpad.net/~markus-tisoft/+archive/rt3090, however this compiles the driver, the kernel version not working is a bug.
