Andreas: could you please write a short description of your proposal for
how to fix this. Changing the "assigned to" to yourself implies that
you are prepared to solve this problem for Ubuntu; is this correct?
In the meantime, unless you are positive that what you are seeing is
identical to the original bug report, please file a separate bug, or
hold your comments until you have a conclusion to report. Thanks.
