Hello
Im a new Ubuntu user and i see people posting that
service network-manager stop
rm /var/lib/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.state
service network-manager start
fixes the problem but i don't have a clue to what this is. If some one
would be kind enough to step by step this that would be great.
