The print queue name is the name with which the printer is listed in the print dialogs of applications and which is used to specify a printer when using command line tools. According to your printingbuginfo output it is "DocuPrint-N4512" for you. You also get a list of your existing printers with their print queue names by running the command "lpstat -v".
So enter the command sudo lpadmin -p DocuPrint-N4512 -E -v file:/dev/lp0 and then try to print.
