The codepage used MUST be ISO8859-1 and is UTF-8.
After I stored this page in a file, IT WAS ISO8859-1 correctly displayed
Such a stored page should display the same as its Web source.
It may be that FF depends on something having happened in the past.
But THAT MUST NOT HAPPEN.
The bug is OBVIOUS.
3.0.15, but it was demonstrated that 3.6 is codepage silly too.

And I told you, I know that people seeing this are just shrugging.
