I do have the same problem stated above. It can be solved for my case when a new kernel is upgraded for ubuntu. It means that I can boot into my Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit fine. But I still happens If I want to boot up the recovery mode. Is there any permanent solution to remove this bug out of Ubuntu Lucid ?
