Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: shotwell

I'm trying to publish pictures with special characters in their names
(like umlauts, "ß") but they keep being ignored by shotwell. Shotwell
doesn't even give feedback on not being able to publish such a picture.
Even worse, shotwell recognises those pictures as being published
successfully. When replacing these characters publishing works like a
charm.

The service that I use is Flickr.
