Dear Pedro, thank you very much for your quick answer.
I am not sure if this is reproducable. I played back a former diskdump but the bug still appears. The evolution calender still crashes the complete evolution application within a fraction of a second. But I could take an interesting screenshot of the calender GUI with a very strange range of date (1935-1969). Please have a look at the png-file in the attachment. Besides, there was a similar crash description at ubuntu forum back in 2008. It describes exactly my problem and was unresolved then. http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/kalender-in-evolution-oeffnet-nicht/ Thanks a lot and have a nice weekend.
