This bug caused by WiMax firmware i2400m-fw-usb-1.5.sbcf downloaded from
http://www.linuxwimax.org/Download
So after deleting i2400m-fw-usb-1.*.sbcf from /lib/firmware and
rebooting Wi-Fi is operational.
