SOLVED :D
after exchange al depended modules an Kconfig's, and nothing happends.
i reinstalled the complete kernel 2.6.35-22-generic with synaptic.
IT WORKS ^^
now my sd card is fully recognized, an working fine.
dmesg says now :
[ 68.975151] mmc0: card b368 removed
[ 86.383959] mmc0: new SDHC card at address d555
[ 86.384232] mmcblk0: mmc0:d555 SD08G 7.60 GiB
[ 86.384309] mmcblk0: p1
