Maybe I did not explain myself, but you definitely got my last comment
wrong.
The problem still exist. To reproduce:
- Load 10.4 on a machine with a bluetooth keyboard
- customize the file /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd (or any other config file
that will require user input during the upgrade process)
- sudo do-release-upgrade
- wait until the process prompts for entry
- try to enter anything.
bluetooth keyboard/mouse won't work. adding a usb keyboard/mouse won't
work.
the fact that I got around with it with a power cycle is an ugly
workaround that should not be needed. A proper upgrade procedure would
keep the mouse/keyboard functional throughout.
