Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: language-selector

Using Maverick, when I run gnome-language-selector, the language select box
("Language for menus and windows") has broken
highlighting. When I mouse over the selection box, the "select" color will
highlight and follow the mouse. However, a language
cannot apparently be selected -- clicking doesn't seem to do anything and no
option is highlighted.
