Thank you Alessandro. KDE does not take into account that the distro
will add a Downloads folder, nor as a KDE contributor do I think that
they should. If Kubuntu adds a Downloads folder then it is Kubuntu's
responsibility to ensure that the default save location of web browsers
installed in the base system do in fact download to that folder.
