Wacom devices are not just Tablet PC overlays, there are also "cheap"
standalone tablets. I think it is bearable to check whether a tablet is
connected to RS232 port at startup once, and if it is there, then add to
the file.

For native USB devices and USB->RS232 adapters, some sort of hotplugging
will need to be implemented.

For now, i think at least the response of the driver has to be filtered,
as not to output more than, say, one error every minute or so. The
.xsession-errors file reached 7 gigabyes within 4 days on my kubuntu
machine, and everything slowed down to a crawl.
