Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
searchandrescue package requires this version of the -data package to be
installable.

this package builds (see attached log) and installs fine:
sudo dpkg -i searchandrescue-data_1.0.0-1_all.deb
(Reading database ... 228293 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to replace searchandrescue-data 1.0.0-1 (using
searchandrescue-data_1.0.0-1_all.deb) ...
Unpacking replacement searchandrescue-data ...
Setting up searchandrescue-data (1.0.0-1) ...

To test this package, I have installed searchandrescue (installable again after
instalation of this version of searchandrescue-data package) and played a bit.
searchandrescue game works correctly.

This package can then be synced.
