The log shows:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/cups.postinst: 183: cannot create
/etc/cups/raw.types: Directory nonexistent
Did you remove /etc/cups manually by any chance? What did you do exactly, was
this an upgrade or a fresh install, and which steps did you do?
