Hi Mathieu,

That's a difficult question. It would be nice to restart connman
automatically, but on the other hand we do not want to suddenly
disconnect user's network connection. That's extremely annoying for the
user.

An example: my boss suddenly disappeared from our team meeting on a voip
call. The reason was that he was updating his laptop during the meeting
and connman upgrade disconnected his network. And if there are lots of
packages to upgrade, it can stay disconnected a long time. Not good.

IIRC when connman was still using init.d scripts it worked so that
connman wasn't restarted during upgrade but /var/run/restart-required
was set so that user would have to reboot manually. I think that's the
safest choise. Forcing users to reboot is also annoying, but do we have
any better options? Mathieu, what do you think?

connman does connect to the network again after an upgrade, at least it
does that for me. So I don't see this as a problem.
