Public bug reported:
I've tried Ubuntu 10.10 RC AMD 64. I've downloaded the image from torrent and
I've put the iso to a USB pendrive with the default application in Ubuntu.
But I cannot boot because I have the error in the attachment.
My configuration is:
CPU: Intel i7 860 @ 2.80 GhZ
VGA : Ati Radeon 5770 HD 1 GB GDDR 5
RAM: 4 GB DDR3
HDD: Western Digital 500 GB SATA-2
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 and Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit
I've tried using the options NOAPIC and ACPI = OFF during the boot up
and it works.
