According to Bug 234185, this has been resolved for the 10.10 Release
candidate _alternate_ CD (per Bug ), but I just confirmed that the
problem still exists on the Ubuntu Server RC daily from Oct 5th.
"cdrom-detect/try-usb=true" seems to work around it.
