# dpkg -l | grep mountall

filesystem mounting tool
I had to comment these out again to boot.
No solution on this computer.

#LABEL=BACK_SG /backsg auto defaults 0 0
#LABEL=BACK_WD /backwd auto defaults 0 0
What works for me is NOBOOTWAIT
