Not sure if this should be reported as a separate bug but it is certainly *very* similar: on maverick (beta), with dual monitor setup where monitors have slightly different sizes, when a window is placed near the edge of a "bigger" (pixel-wise) screen, it starts to wobble alternately snapping to the real edge of the screen and to an invisible line a centimeter or so away from the edge.
This started after a recent update when support for screens with different resolutions was re-enabled. compiz: Installed: 1:0.8.6-0ubuntu9 xorg: Installed: 1:7.5+6ubuntu3 ** Attachment added: "very short video clip of bouncing window" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/153374/+attachment/1675174/+files/wobbling-window-bounce.3gp -- Wobbly windows bounce continuously when snapped to panel https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/153374 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
