Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager-vpnc

(As I use a german UI I'm not sure if I translated the labels of the buttons
exactly.)

Go to system -> preferences -> network-connections -> VPN -> double-click on a
Cisco-vpvc-VPN
Choose "available to all users", save and exit.

Try to connect (click on the network-icon near the clock, go to vpn-connections
and choose the appropriate one).
Either the connection has completely gone or you get an error-message
"connection failed"
