The patch in attachment is a fix for this problem.

The simpler is:
* install the quilt tools
* save the patch in attachment
* cd <lxc-topmost-dir>
* quilt import <path-to-patch>/0001-use-lazy-...
* quilt push
Then the usual configure, make, etc ...
