The attached patch also fixes Bug #102391, clamsmtp: config files uses
obsolete scanheader option.

The Debian provided init file attempted to create a PID file when
starting clamsmtp.  This does not succeed nor is is required for
clamsmtp to run (tested on a current Feisty server with Postfix).  Since
the PID file didn't exist, specifying it as part of stopping the daemon
cause the stop to fail.  Removed reference to the PID file for both stop
and start.

Buillt and tested on i386.
