Binary package hint: empathy
Hallo, this window doesn't remember it, so if I open it on other
desktop, e.g. second, this window will have top right position (ignoring
gnome panel)
Steps to reproduce:
1. run empathy
2. Use envelope to show roster
3. switch to another desktop
4. open roster by envelope again
5. buttons (maximalize, close and minimalize) and title bar will be overlapped
by panel
