You didn't tell us which version of Ubuntu you are using.
In the future, I recommend that you file bugs using one of the methods
described at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs
If this bug is still occurring please attach the following to this bug
report:
* the version of Ubuntu you are using
* the output of uname -srm
* the output of lspci -vvnn
* the output of xrandr
* the output of dmesg
* a copy of your /var/log/Xorg.0.log
alternatively, you can run apport-collect 544339 which should collect a
load of stuff and attach it to this report.
If you can also attach a screenshot or camera photo that would be really
good.
