I was trying to upgrade to version 10-10
I got a message saying there was a serious error headed - Invalid package
information. The message was as;- After your package information was updated
the essential package 'ubuntu-minimal' can not be found anymore. Report this
bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in
/var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bug report. I do not know how to do this last
part about the files and am unable to use 'apport' since I cannot access the
Applictions (it is missing from the top panel - I deleted it by mistake)
