I think I remember someone filing a similar bug report and it was difficult (if not impossible) to reproduce, but there is no way this is ubiquity-slideshow's issue; we don't have any fancy install scripts. We just tell dpkg where the files go and it puts them there. I'm switching this over to Ubiquity, which does do fancy things :)
Funny that it would hit an error on a specific locale. Were any other crashes reported? ** Package changed: ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu (Ubuntu) => ubiquity (Ubuntu) -- package ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu 28 failed to install/upgrade: unable to securely remove '/target/usr/share/ubiquity-slideshow/slides/loc.ast/welcome.html.dpkg-tmp': Read-only file system https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/657728 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
