I have the same problem. I have tried to upload the apport information,
but got:
'You are not the reporter or subscriber of this problem report, or the
report is a duplicate or already closed.
Please create a new report using "apport-bug".'
Please can you tell me how to do this?
Also, this is a problem I am having with just one CD. I wondered if it
had anything to do with DRM?
