Sorry for the late answer, you package is only available locally

and so apport can't verify that your package is from the official ubuntu
archive. From the package name I assume that you have one of the kubuntu ppa's
enabled. Please file bugs about the package at
https://launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa instead and report any other bugs you may
find!
