This is from aptdaemon, as you can see in the last line :)
The problem here is that for such strings to be translatable, it (currently,
but bug #619632 may solve this soon!) is needed to export the translations and
rebuild the package, which didn't happened in this cycle. We already have bug
#655642 about this, so marking this as a duplicate.
