So,  it finally happened while I was looking!. Well, it was behind the mail
window, but I saw it disappear. No warnings. I restarted via the terminal,
and here's what I got:

Interestingly, the only stream opened in the gwibber window was a search I
had done on one of my accounts about two days ago (and had closed).
