Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Would you be able to test if this is still not working in
the newest release of Ubuntu - Maverick Meerkat? You don't need to
reinstall or upgrade: testing using a live CD will be sufficient.

Additionally, it looks to me as though this specific device should be
handled by the mbm code rather than the generic plugin. Could you add
the following code to /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-ericsson-mbm.rules and
check if the device can then be unlocked properly?

ATTRS{idVendor}=="0fce", ATTRS{idProduct}=="d0b2", ENV{ID_MM_ERICSSON_MBM}="1"

This can go anywhere before "LABEL="mm_mbm_end"". Thanks!
