Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client-gnome
After rebooting, the right-click submenu for Ubuntu One doesn't remember
when files are published. If they are then told to be published (again),
the client acknowledges their existence. The files are available the
whole time, and their URLs don't change.
