Tried various settings and options in all available configuration
windows.
Also have installed maverick alsa backports package.
Interesting is that I have fully functional sound output from my
Logitech EasyCall USB Spekarphone using PulseAudio.
As mentioned in alsa-project homepage, attaching necessary files.
