Public bug reported:
I have USA and Russian keyboard layouts.
After upgrading from Lucid to Maverick these layouts become mixed sometimes
after some point.
For example on pressing "i" I can get "ш" and vice a versa.
Also I can get "ш" several times and then "i" again.
