This bug still affecting Maverick, both in the version from the
repositories (0.16.1) and compiled from source (0.16.3).

It seems that clicking in the maximized window switches between the
topmost part of the application and the bottom.

This only happens if the vertical screen size is smaller than the
minimum window height of merkaartor. As the docks to the right require a
lot of space this happens e.g. with my 1440x900. If you unmaximize
Merkaartor (rightclick on Merkaartor in the panel > unmaximize) and
close docks that require too much space, the program behaves as expected
when maximized.

Is this a bug in Merkaartor or even Qt?
