Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: icoutils

While browsing my filesystem using nautilus I suddenly found my computer
crawling to a halt.

Upon investigation I found wrestool was using all my memory (> 1.5GB)
trying to process an incomplete download of a game called 'company of
heroes'.

I have truncated the exe down to just 1000 bytes and the problem still
exists. This 1000 byte file is attached (hopefully).
