This is a show-stopper for us too. Pretty hard to believe RH/CentOS can
work with this while Ubuntu cannot.

Many of our research labs need dual boot systems and want to use Ubuntu.
It's kind of a joke that I have to actually walk around with a CD and a
USB key with a script to get an Ubuntu dual boot system running where a
CentOS machine is zero-touch.
