Thank you for giving us that information. I have looked around and found some information that may be able to help. If you could go to https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SoundTroubleshootingProcedure and run through everything from Step 2 onwards, that would be brilliant! That will give us a LOT more information to see where the problem is. If it gives any output (as in Step 3 for example), do not submit it to Answers as it says, since you already have this bug report open, so just *attach* it here. If you need any help with this or not sure how to do it, come into the #ubuntu-bugs channel on irc.freenode.net and we can help you along with it, and hopefully this can be fixed for the next release :) Thank you again.
