I'm using vnc4server + a windows VNC client with the same results. (I tried using a mac VNC client too... same thing)
So I suspect it's definitely something wacky with the keyboard mapping. If I remember correctly, when I upgraded to 10.04 a similar issue happened... I had to add a line to my .vnc/xstartup file: export XKL_XMODMAP_DISABLE=1 I removed it after upgrading to 10.10 to get back to as "clean" of an install as I could, but no luck. Pressing the letter 'd' minimizes all windows on my desktop. -- Remote access to vncserver keyboard mapping https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/655886 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
