I have built the .deb package using this instructions http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=51003 and this sources http://download.transmissionbt.com/files/transmission-2.10.tar.bz2 This is not so hard as I think before. Now everything works as expected. The result deb package in attachment.
