I have the same problem (mutter uses sometimes 100% and freeze my computer) with 10.10 release, here is my config : Asus EeePC 1210N nVidia ION VGA [GeForce 9400M] nVidia driver : version 260.19.06
I don't know if it's related or not, but I experienced other various (but less important) bugs like : - When i click the "Applications" icon on the right bar, icons take a lot of time to display (texts display immediately), sometimes only a few icons will finally display and other won't display even if i wait a long time - Icons on the right bar are white when i get back to my desktop after having launched a full screen game Is it related to Unity, my driver or both ? Can I fix this on my own (for example downgrading my driver) ?
