My problem is now solved. I can now program my board as in the past.
What I did?

I downloaded the last version  urjtag-0.10.tar.gz (1.4 MB) from:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/urjtag/
 
Unziped it,

After reading the file: "urjtag-0.10/doc/UrJTAG.txt,  I followed the
instructions there.

In the directory created by the unzip program I did:
./configure
make

then I entered administration mode (this works for my Ubunto operating
system)

sudo su

(He asked for my password and I replyed)
then:

make install

after exiting the route shell I executed my chip programming script with
a fpga bitmap and it is working ok.
