...more of the same compiz replace made the screen flash, and it doesn't seem to be coming back. Cool, so it seems to work for now. So is that just a workaround or do you think it will happen again? Usually when it happend, the Update Manager was the first to wedge itself in the upper left hand of the screen. so it pulls up fine now.
