This is no bug in ldap-account-manager. Kolab makes your Apache web
server failing to start:
... waiting Syntax error on line 17 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/kolab:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/etc/kolab/cert.pem' does not exist or is empty
...fail!
Please contact the Kolab guys for help.
