I've got a IBM ThinkPad/Lenovo T61 which is running Ubuntu 10.10 Netbook
and whenever I turn it on Bluetooth is always enabled, this has always
been the case with previous versions. I would also ideally have it
remember the previous state upon startup rather than it be fixed on/off.
I have in the past added a hciconfig line to rc.local to have it disable
bluetooth upon startup but this is not a great solution.

I see that in thinkpad_acpi 0.24 there is a parm called bluetooth_state,
not sure if this is new or not, can this be used to control the initial
state somehow?
